I’ve heard that the gap between expectation and reality is called frustration. So why do we set so many expectations for ourselves and others if it can so easily lead to frustration?
From my experiences and discussions with others, I’ve learned that we do so to control others, and to keep them within our comfort zones. And the worst part is that most of the time we don’t even know we’re doing it.
In this episode I talk about the expectations we set for ourselves, for our loved ones, and how dangerous they can be for ourselves and our relationships.
This ones going to push some boundaries but it’s also going to awaken an awareness within us that can put our relationships on a very beautiful, freeing, and fulfilling path.
